Guys, currently my 4G13 is using the stock exhaust system. Is it recommended to change just the extractor to 4-2-1 and the stock iswara muffler to S-flow type without changing the piping? BTW,what's the inches is the piping? One of the shop recommended me to put the bullet with swirl one. He claim that it would have a better pick up and FC improve. Is it true? I read most of the people replied here that the swirl bullet inside the hole will decrease the top speed.

If just change the extractor alone will increase hp abit?

I would say product problem mostly but the seller and workers are also dishonest. They are selling cheap muffler at premium prices and it doesn't even last for few months. I had a drop in my top speed - imagine a 2.4 litre car doing 170km/h MAX! rolleyes.gif

i did get a quote from 'him' 6months ago,

this is what he recommended to me :
3-1 extractor
Center box (bullet shape..imported one)
rear muffler (imported also) but straight or sflow depends on your transmission and power u like.

The price with installation is around RM600 without piping yet. With piping is around RM750. Imported bullet and imported muffler. The piping and extractor is antirust /galvanized steel.

after see the price i almost faint,
because didn't expected so expensive just for a small car ... rclxub.gif sweat.gif

since is a product quality + no good workmanship issues, i guess it will only spoil the shop reputation...
how come they still can survive and many outlets? rolleyes.gif

haha,
then how fast a 2400cc car suppose to run? rolleyes.gif whistling.gif laugh.gif

Let's be logical, how can it be 170km/h? If you're saying 200km/h then at least it's more acceptable and besides, it's my car. They have a few different shops with different names.

No, Xin and Wai Heng are the same and Wai Yip is his brother or some sort but both of them are not in talking terms I heard. I've changed everything (all mufflers and piping) in another exhaust shop. Yes, it's suppose to be 200km/h+
