ping have major connection with your upload speed & tower/base station on % of congestion,

Added on November 5, 2012, 12:07 am

DC doesn't mean it confirm 42Mbps,

DC = dual carrier / dual channel

so dont be shock when you found some tower is 16000/8640 able to run DC too,

recently i try Panel Antenna from Blacktubi, my signal is RSSI: -51dBm ( FULL ) @ all time without any changes even @ recently these few bad weather
*
The antenna is that good oh?

My sierra manage to get - 47 dBm in Cyberjaya on DC HSPA+.

But the speed maintain around 6 mbps. Sometimes will burst to 14 mbps.

Sad tower cry.gif

well honestly consistency with Panel ( from blacktubi ) is 99%,..

main huge different is speed on loading websites,

and stability on signal in bad weather

Single MR3420 with CAT5 cable, QoS 16000/8640, no cooling method needed as I can't feel any heat generated.

The weird is if download increase, the ping will higher, but if the download speed decrease, it will show less ping which mean better

See this, the ping is higher, 60ms (usually i always get 30 something which i get slow dl speed)

Thx Blacktubi

power is not only see based on Ampere..
u need to consider the voltage as well..

for me, AC fan still best for cooling 3g modem and router:
-easier implement, just connect it with normal 3pin plug and switch on..
-use DC fan, need AC to DC adapter which my experience, burnt after 1 week 24/7.. maybe my adapter lousy..

I'm using the 12cm Sunon as well but is ball bearing, not sleeve bearing..
