depends on a few factor,

- personal budget
- preferences
- experience with the brand 

the QoS is base on a few factor:

- which area u are in
- what device u are using
- what kind of sim u are using
- what channel of network you are log on to
Maxis wont be able to answer you or assist you due to QoS is different in every area

example:

if u are 42000/8640 QoS but in very congested area, you will having speed 3~5Mbps only

if u are 16000/8640 QoS but in very less crowded area, you might have 13~16Mbps and max out the 16000 in midnight even,.

well due to hand itchy and did flash the swedish firmware B04
confirm that my ZTE MF680 no longer work on DC anymore 

no DC Carrier

Power Transmit no more DC too, ( only single channel now    )

If i was running on DC network as before, by this hour i normally get 14~16Mbps..
As obvious now left 50% of the speed

my ZTE MF680 is back to normal again  even with Blue LED



it was so ding dong after flashing the B04 swedish firmware last time. so i flash u mobile firmware also,.. ( but realise u mobile is not DC-HSPA+ ),.. so i decide to flash it back to swedish B04 firmware ( double flash ) then i leave it one side after my E372 arrive

just now though try it and rotate using it with E372

and IDM super stable like old time 1.7MB/s +/-

wait until tomorrow afternoon time and monitor closely,. to see whether same speed at afternoon,.

i dont want to unplug it from router now due to dont want to lose this good IP  ,
will wait till tomorrow afternoon to double check on speed again,..
if afternoon still similar speed then confirm modem is fine,.. 

dunno how long a sim card need to processed and activated? for the unlimited ones
