So envy the speed..
i normally get 1-2M only, some lucky time only can get 4-5M even it is in purple!!! mad.gif
I just check through QXDM in fact my QoS only 8640/8640, what can i do?   shakehead.gif

I still ok with stable in 5M but recently i found it is not stable at all, sometimes can run faster but maybe for 1 hour, suddenly slow down to 30kbps only!!
I have to disconnect and reconnect it back to get back my speed but sometimes it doesn't work too because it become slow after awhile...  sad.gif  sometimes it disconnect itself...any suggestion?

DC and Unstable is a usual sympton in indoor with USB modem, as built in antenna is too small

also when u touch the cover of usb modem , the actual heat inside is much much higher than what u feel on outside cover,..

if u able to place your modem @ outdoor or near window , then u will get stable or better improve connection as outdoor have better signal transmit

for QoS wise, it is depends on your area tower/basestation u connect to, nothing u can do to adjust it ..

for 8640/8640 QoS 4~5Mbps is quite best speed consider notworthy.gif

MDMA 1.0.0.31 Beta 10 should look like this

MDMA 1.0.0.31 Beta 10

[attachmentid=3138103]

Unless You are using MDMA 1.0.0.31 Beta 9 version, then it wont have Band config

Hey somebody, i use MDMA with Huawei E173, and it show my dbm -87 and my QoS is 8640/8640.......using speedtest now with band config and supercharge:

1- Download 1.2mbps+
2- Upload 1mbps+
3- ping 20-40 ms

if i use huawei e372, with the 8640/8640 what is the limit of my speed? if i told at maxis listen can they change the QoS?

QoS is area depends,

it is have to depends on your area tower/ base station you are connected to,

maxis wont do anything on improve your QoS,..

if u want to find out your area Max QoS< u have to use 21Mbps HSPA+ above modem,

then under MDMA it will show you the Maximum QoS u can get,..

E173 is HSPA 7.2Mbps modem will confirm come with 8640/8640

for ZTE MF190,

u need to find your original firmware flasher file,

and then swap the content of flash update component with u mobile ( or other firmware ) flash update

then flash update it after

i am not sure which firmware is better for ZTE MF190 though

I found weird situation (for me)

if my ping is high (max 100ms), my download speed will increase to 2.5mbps but upload stable

hmm...thinking to get a USB extension cable to place the modem near window and test on it.
I tot QoS is depends on the sim card too.
You mean the tower still not yet upgrade to 42M? sad.gif but it able to run in DC...weird. rclxub.gif
seems like a antenna or place my modem is the way to make my signal stable now flex.gif

DC doesn't mean it confirm 42Mbps,

DC = dual carrier / dual channel

so dont be shock when you found some tower is 16000/8640 able to run DC too,

recently i try Panel Antenna from Blacktubi, my signal is RSSI: -51dBm ( FULL ) @ all time without any changes even @ recently these few bad weather
