i just reached level 55 yesterday.. when i reached level 55 i can't join any of the public games anymore..

Not normal, nightmare or hell..

anybody know why??

some quest have specific lvl requirement, thats why .. just play solo bro... with your gears, you can gain lvl60 in 30mins

LOH not required when you have 4-6% LS... I doubt Unity will increase your survivability drastically too compare to SOJ although it has 100+ armor from strength and 200-300 LOH. Unity are sought after for having high base stats, bVe, avg dmg and being more affordable compared to top-end rare ring.

To achieve that, consider a higher CHD amulet, higher strength chest, trifecta glove, replacing Wailing Host with a DPS rare ring/Unity, a higher DPS rare ring then Loyalty Insult, DD to Inna pants with strength, IC boots with 180-2x0 strength...

I've been searching for a ring like that but the best I can find these few days at AH is that loyalty insult. As now I think I try craft my glove first coz I'm trying to craft a better amulet first but no luck on that. I've made a CHD 92% and CC 6% amulet but it's no good compared to my current one. As for Inna pants and IC, I'll search AH tonight

noted sifu. next quest upgrade my shoulder and ammy I guess. got a decent inna's pant for my barb. drop 5k hp from previous one. But will recover the lost with my crafted teeming later.. lol
BTW, been crafted str ammy these days and realise that str ammy always give insane HP boost. (8-12k)

last night is the first time i play after patch 1.0.8 co-op with wlcling, not bad.. plenty of mob.. i think they should increase elite also.. so we can gather 10 elite in 1 place.. lol

bcos blizz programming bodo.. they didnt think ppl will level up so fast with ruby and hf ring and now got added bonus exp for team games.. so in the end you level up too fast and your character become over qualified to join lower level public games... at same time you cannot join higher level pub games because u need to progressively clear each level one by one..

one work around is to select the option at top of public game quest selection whixh is choose a random quest.

95 million can gear a full set to get 150k dps d... with good crafts can reach 200k

budget set with great ehp in my mind is

helm - ik with 40 ar is reasonably priced
chest - blackthorne 90str 200vit is 5 mill
belt - ik with high str and some vit is cheap
pants - blackthorne 170str 200vit only a million
ring - unity and hf
boot - ice climber with 12% movespeed
weapons - 1k+dps ef with str and socket, and offhand (1k+ dps with ls, cd and socket)

shoulder, amulet, glove and bracers can craft

can see bro sabe's build as he very experienced with budget build

but this only 12% movement speed i thought we need 24% movement speed?

Current inflation a bit hurt budget build .. for example i paid 100m+ for her MH http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Sabenar...6/hero/33083174 but I'm mace lover so no problem much (3xx Str is sweet) and sorry 95m (w/o luck on crafting) cant bring you to 200K paper dps at least with DW setup..

Prepare to dump your bad rolls HF (you will lose some HP too).. your amulet and TWH the only things that can stay.. need to know if you want stick with EF as MH or change to Axe/Mace?

yeah the other 12 can get from lacunis but gonna cost alot to get a decent one with cc... budget build ma haha.. bracer easy to craft to get that 200 main roll, ar and cc... hard to get a lacuni to beat that unless have beez..

inna pants on the other hand, will lose alot ehp compared to blackthorne.. but should be used for low mp vota runs lo...

upgrade emeralds in weapons to radiant star
use ik belt so you can let go bloodthirst and use brawler for 30% damage boost or superstition for more EHP and fury gen
craft str gloves & bracers - aim for str/vit/ar/cc bracers and str/vit/ar/as/cc/cd gloves
craft amulet
innas pants with some vit
ik boots or zuni boots with str+vit (not sure if zuni boots is still cheap)
replace hellfire with cold soj or unity

at the moment i dont think 95m can get you 150k unbuffed barb.

either 1 will do, but i find that EF is quite troublesome when fighting whole bunch of mobs, cause it keep make the mobs run away loools, ytd i used 6m to craft 52 ammies, no luck tho all are rubbish
