Let me try to explain the rationale of choosing Whirlwind -Hurricane (Allows you to move at your movement speed while using Whirlwind) instead of -Volcanic Eruption (Turns Whirlwind into a torrent of magma that inflicts 189% weapon damage as Fire) in my own story-telling way otherwise, not ezpz to write in words.

From point A to point B (straightline), the distance is 30 yards. Let's just assume that 10 mobs are along the way. So, Ww -Hurricane allows the barb to hit all the mobs without any hindrance (except elite with Wallers affix) moving/covering the whole distance at your movement speed instead of normal speed while generating more tornadoes that procs LoH/LS from the activation of Sprint -Run like the Wind (Tornadoes rage in your wake, each one inflicting 60% weapon damage as Physical for 3 seconds to nearby enemies).

In addition, I would like to highlight that Wrath of the

Berserker rams up the movement speed by another 20%.

thank you very much for your clarification, i was a DH player but i gave up since DH items are very expensive compared to barb. i have few M and i decided to use 1 M to start playing since i wanna level up to 60 asap( i did farm some legs for barb when i played as DH , IK and stuffs ) currently completed nightmare in one day and planning to finish hell tomoro...

ya, i dont y, people keep comparing barb and dh gears.. when i search at AH, STR vs DEX gears, its almost the same

Does AS affect your hit rate(speed) when you go whirlwind ?

by the way, tornado WW means WW with the rune with increased movement . ?

cuz hota gives u more crit if u have more fury right? and WOTB has more time to it every time u spend fury right? and  battle rage gives you fury every time u crit right? see the perfect synergy?

so u spend fury, then u gain fury by critting and then u get more time on berserker. broken XD
