2M too little... just keep farming for major upgrade..need to upgrade your MH and off-hand ring i guess..ur current belt is good, similar stats IK belt with cost u  a lot so prepare to loose stats if u change to IK belt. u can check rare barbarian belt too, last time i check, some of it come with nice stats with low price. at least use 80% CD gems on your weapon.. ur current CD too low (I already did a calculation, u will reach 100k dps by upgrade ur current CD to at least 90% more)..

maybe.. just buy IK belt ( sure come with LS and 70+ AR) or any good stats rare barbarian belt.. i see u are low on AR..

TWH... there is a trade off.
You gain DPS but you lose LS and some defensive attributes.

hard to say in current market...why not put on bid? maybe 50m start (my guess onli).. for the TWH usage, u can use it but only if u have good defensive on the rest of your gears (i see u don have it for now)..

I upgrade when I got gold from my cheap legend sale... I sell the old gear plus the gold or money i got from RMAH to get better gear... It's very addicting

95 million can gear a full set to get 150k dps d... with good crafts can reach 200k

budget set with great ehp in my mind is

helm - ik with 40 ar is reasonably priced
chest - blackthorne 90str 200vit is 5 mill
belt - ik with high str and some vit is cheap
pants - blackthorne 170str 200vit only a million
ring - unity and hf
boot - ice climber with 12% movespeed
weapons - 1k+dps ef with str and socket, and offhand (1k+ dps with ls, cd and socket)

shoulder, amulet, glove and bracers can craft

can see bro sabe's build as he very experienced with budget build

Current inflation a bit hurt budget build .. for example i paid 100m+ for her MH http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Sabenar...6/hero/33083174 but I'm mace lover so no problem much (3xx Str is sweet) and sorry 95m (w/o luck on crafting) cant bring you to 200K paper dps at least with DW setup..

Prepare to dump your bad rolls HF (you will lose some HP too).. your amulet and TWH the only things that can stay.. need to know if you want stick with EF as MH or change to Axe/Mace?
