Seen today at the money changer in Northpoint Yishun basement (near KFC). 2.495 for S$1000 or more changed. 2.49 if you change less than that.

As prison guard, you can rent and stay in the prison hostel. You are allowed to rent out your entire hdb while you stay in prison hostel. That's extra income for those warden with their own hdb. |
