Bro, kidzania outlet expansion it could be 1 or 2 in the region only.
theme park in the mall could be half die, look at times square, no room for enhancement. couldnt retain regular customer, owes target new customer only.
unless indoor water theme park in the mall, havent experience in Malaysia yet
