Lol i think that one is harman kardon sound sticks 3, harman is a good brand, using hkssiii and jbl soundfly right now, small but powerful speaker, good for music.
My opinion hkssiii vs edifier 530, sound charity i vote hkssiii, bass of course 530 win kao kao.

1st speaker - sonic gear 5.1 enzo 6000, totally suck speaker, dont try sonic gear anymore
2nd speaker - logitech z230, bass too boomy, vocal sound a bit deep (like low treble), not my type
3rd speaker - corsair sp2500, overall good speaker for music and movie, this speaker can go very very loud
4th speaker - jbl soundfly, just bought it to pair with ipad, this tiny bluetooth speaker is just amazed me, sound dont lose to any popular speaker, just it lack of bass.
5th speaker - hkssiii, i can say this is the best of 4, i always listen to music, this speaker just small and nice and have a very unique design.

Has anybody tried the R1280T, I'm thinking of getting that particular model but there isn't much review of it...

Can anybody shed some light. I will use it mainly for music. Currently using Xonar U3.

Out of budget. Maybe getting R1600Tiii.
What's the different between R1600T and R1600Tiii?

With a 2k budget, trying to use the speaker for both music and movie. Emphasize on music though.

Some recommended audioengine a5+. Good for wallet too as no need for amp already. But I'm open to opinion too.

Saw some compare the cheaper aego m with ae a5+ hmm.gif

Hivi m200mk3? D1080? X4?hmm.gif

can consider X4. My X3 after 1year use, i felt like it passed the burn-in period and now it sounded awesome. X4 could do better with bigger driver, more complete sound.

R1600T is successor of R1600TIII.
The sq of R1600TIII is better than R1600T.

Dear all
Advice on Purchase of 5.1 PC Speakers System

I have fun with my Logitech Z5500 for almost 8-9 years, but lately the I found some cracks on all the satellite speakers which is bad enough to cause distortion in sound quality. Hence I wish to replace this set with a budget of around 1.5-2 K
After reading for hours, I have narrowed down my choice on these few options:

1. Logitech Z906 (Some said this is a downgrade version of Z5500, don't know how true it is)
2. Edifier S760D (Not much reviews in English language and not sure of availability in Malaysia)
3. Edifier S550 Encore (Not much reviews in English language and again not sure of availability in Malaysia)

Hence I would like to ask for opinions from you guys or in fact, are there any other better options available?
Thanks in advance for any input and ideas.

At first need to know your speaker usage in term on music, gaming or movie? My vote goes for Edifier HCS2330 for music, but if you can top up little bit to 400, Edifier c3 wont disappointed you in listening music.

I did audit both speaker in lowyat before and I notice c3 produce "bigger" and "brighter" sound for me.

I think you should try audit yourself becoz different people have different preference.
