Heys guys just some quick questions, is it worth to top up another rm100 to get the c2x rather than m3300sf? How much is the c2x better?
Also what is the best way to test the speaker myself? Because i scared that listening in the shop might be different than listening in my room |

How much is the c2x better? the reason i dont like m33 is the tall shape subwoofer, hard to get good placement. a square one like c2x will be my choice, but of course given it dont overshoot ur budget. Also what is the best way to test the speaker myself? Because i scared that listening in the shop might be different than listening in my room many "expert" turn up loud, perhaps u should try that ok, when i play multiple speakers at same time, all facing opposite direction. move around to hear the different. use comfortable volume, flat eq (treble/bass knob at middle) |

Atm im running a Dayton B652 with a lepai LP-2020A+, but its at the moment lacking a bit kick for bass when watching movies. I was wondering whats a budget way to add in a sub. My lepai 2020 doesn't have any inputs for subwoofers so any recommendations for a good bang for buck amp?
1. Want to add sub and any recommendations on which sub to get? Best bang for buck. 2. Changing my amp to one that supports subwoofer. Also i just so happen to have a pair of ELAC satellite speakers given to me by an uncle. Also i have a Z523 not sure if i can use its sub haha. Forgot to add that I have a Little Dot MKIV SE which can be used as a pre-amp. Used for a long time and found it to be great. |

Hi AV Sifus,
I have a someone who needs a 6 speaker setup + amp + DVD playback and possibly a iPod or audio-in option for their restaurant. Purpose is mostly playback. If there is any sifu who can recommend me what systems I can go for? I've approached Atlas Hifi for Bose and I think its a little too out of their range. Would appreciate and brand recommendations and trusted sellers. Thank you in advance. |

Hi all,
I'm planning to get a set of 2.0 or 2.1 speakers for my laptop (ASUS G53SW). I have a budget of RM300-400, and mainly uses the speakers for music of all genres (from Hard Rock to Classical). Is there any recommendation? In addition, is there a need for an amplifier for the speaker (such as the C series of Edifier)? Thank you. |
