Also maybe TOP UP CDL since my buy price is high.

considering SABANA too.. since I do not have and the price 1.01 looks good.

Accordia Golf Trust (AGT) is Singapore’s first listed business trust with golf course assets in Japan. It is promising an annual distribution yield of 9.1 percent for 2014, and a normalised distribution yield of seven percent.

The listing price was set between $0.97 to $1, where 164.592 million units were to placement holders in Singapore, 41.163 million units for public investors and 576.27 million units for Japanese investors.

I think this 1 is a Business trust instead of a Reits. so Risk/Return different from Reit.

I was wondering , do we Malaysians get taxed for the dividends we receive for Singapore reits? Or do they withhold tax which we can claim back later?
