Cumdate .. means the co declared a dividend. and if you bought during cum date u will be entitled to dividend.

If you have bought before ex-date, then you are entitled to the dividends.

If you have bought on the ex-date, then you would not be entitled.

Thought u quit yr job to trade full time. Then you are not amateur you are a full time trader rclxms.gif U trade reits using chart ? like yr internet speed do u live in sgp ?

lol.. not full time... 1 hour reading, 2-3 hours trading only..

doing something else... notworthy.gif

nope, not a technical person.. more towards fundamentals but dont know how 2 read reports also.. lol

yea... used to work now just live in sg..

many already ex-ed incl firstreit, suntec, capitamall, sabana.

still waiting for announcement from the rest. aimsampi looks very interesting as it reaches 1.50 before div news.

i will collect all div first, then go shopping. biggrin.gif

Aimsampi declared 2.55 cents dividen , solid results... this reit is pretty well managed

i have a -ve outlook on industrial reits recently but still holding a lot due to higher yield... are u guys feeling the same?

all ib reports i read recently are -ve on ind reits as there is ample new space coming onstream.

generally, these ib's say sg reits are toppish, nothing good to say.

personally, i only hv aimsampi and sabana in industrials - aim has been very good, sabana has been behind since a few months ago.



just bought a bit more cdl htrust, since it dropped a bit more than i expected ex-div. this one gave lower than exp div due to some hotel shutdown for renov but shud be back in op soon. i see sg hotels in v good shape.

Don't like the look of the markets.

been thinking about that too... the risks there are certainly increasing...

wah.. CDL drop further.. u topping up? or wait and see... Did not notice also it drop so badly after ex-div
till today i see is 1.66. My ABP was 1.74...

price easing a bit, yields rising. plus just ex-div.

can see it almost across the board..

not topping up anything more for now. will watch a bit longer, wait for divs to arrive!

sgd won't earn much interest anywhere, so not a big issue...

if i hv ready cash, i will add a bit of soilbuildbiz.

my fav hv been suntec n capitamall but these 2 need to wait patiently as their prices can go down 5-10% quite quickly...
