Hmm,... I think,... off the top of my head, 30-year US Treasury bonds is the safest when the yield is high enough !

ALL other instruments, tho' being so-called safe instruments, egs FDs, high-grade corporate and other tenure sovereign bonds, have reinvestments risks !

Or,............diversify !

Yea yea. Safe is a relative term, it all depends on your purpose and the duration matching. An insurance company buying 20-year US T bond to hedge its liabilities is safe, but a commercial bank buying 20-year T-bond will be quickly in trouble.

I think shld be dropped - because the Gross Rental Income collected would be lesser than last year's with the depreciation of the AUD, vs our stronger SGD. But may dropped a bit only,... because Aussie props not making up a substantial pc of the pie. I'll know afterwards when I opened the Aims A reporting,...

Secondly I haven't fully captured that special 3Q dividend from KIT in my spreadsheets yet.
