Peri gor and others guru,

It seem like the 2 and 3 rooms been fully booked before launching. After that seem some (not many) dropout cases...
How you guys think about the performance of 1 room type in Cheras area ? who will be the target market ?

Becoz construction cost, land cost, GST, Constribution Fee, and selling price keep escalating, anything with small size, easy access, ample amenities, near to Mass Transit and of course within cities vicinity is fast selling and hot demand from expatriate. Anything from 650ft2 to 850ft2 for hot sub sale or high rental yield is perfect.

Not sure if can offload to non-immediate family members, though.

I have 2 units to offload.
One is a corner unit 860 sq ft facing PJ, the other a 1082 sq ft facing KL (very high floor).
Surname Soh.

PM me if interested.

Can transfer? If yes pm me more details. Thanks.

yea, they're chasing us to apply for loan but apparently they havent even furnished the respective info to some of the panel bankers (i.e. cimb & ocbc). uob has approved my loan but is providing very unfavourable terms..

The latest news is that the completion date will be 4 years after signing of the SPA instead of 3 years. Wonder what's the rational?

Don't really know. But it also cost the Developer to incur more cost if the project is drag over a longer period. Yes No ?

It was suppose to be DIBS initially but now it's not. They are giving a 5% discount to offset the price.
