Perhaps the dibs cost is more than 5 percent. I heard this project vp is 4 years?

Just a thought, would it be possible for TS to change the topic title to reflect the new project name? I'm sure we're all aware the name of the project is now Maxim Residences.. biggrin.gif *please don't flame me if this suggestion sucks, just thought this could lead new buyers to our little discussion here*

I heard that the developer's office will request a copy of birth certificate as a proof that the Transferor & the Transferee are related. Otherwise cannot transfer booking oh.

Most affordable 400psf up n reasonable size near kl city center! Bside new center point n walking distance to pheonix mrt station. Thumbs up

If the MRT Line 2 is approved, then Phoenix Plaza station will be Main station for the 2 MRT lines. Then the property prices will go up again.
