i also booked a unit. my view is jam is better than no jam. jam means theres a lot of people around the area, means many facilities and it is convenient. People there love the area. No jam means less people. the area is less 'Ong'. Means less facilities, less shop, people dont like to go.

Subang, Damansara, Puchong, the more jam, the more people go. People hate jam, but love the area.

btw, until now still no news when is S&P..

Not sure if can offload to non-immediate family members, though. 

I have 2 units to offload.
One is a corner unit 860 sq ft facing PJ, the other a 1082 sq ft facing KL (very high floor).
