Sweat morning to stn or office is a big no to many office workers.
So a bridge and more roofed paths are required.

Sweat returning home in the afternoon is tolerate-able to some people.

10 min walk is a bit too long for Malaysians, especially under hot sun.

According to PROPCAFE earlier, it was comfortable walk with 70% covered walkway. Should be ok then

MRT users not limited to office workers. There are also other users during off peak hours. You may also want to take MRT on weekends to shop at downtown or 1U.

what is you are handicape, on wheelchair or blind?

if wanna buy mrt property just right next to your door, better buy subsale lah......not that none of subsale property next to mrt isn't available.

I have collected my key. overall, I think the quality is consider good. not much complaint. The corridor is spacious. the lift is super fast. From car park to my unit at level 24, only about 5 seconds. The washing area is very spacious too, more than enough for a wet kitchen plus laundry area. For the MRT, it really depends whether you are a walking person or not? If you used to walk, I think the distance is to the station is okay. For those who interested, just go there to have a look yourself. Every property have their good and bad points. So, just choose one that suit your needs lor.

Thanks for the feedbacks. It must have using smart or high performance lifts (e.g. Mitsubishi Eletric).

Meanwhile, is the gym functional or it does look that empty?

Is this a norm?
Better get them to expedite, as maintenance fees was started since day 1.
Else the toothpick trees will also end up become toothpick only. 😂
