I agree. Maxim Sentul is pretty torn down to the max with the current massive supplies within maxim itself, not including the future incoming supplies which will saturate maxim.You can easily get a semi furnished unit for around 1000-1200.Sentul Point,

I won't be surprised to see rental deteriorate to below 1000 level in the near future.
