I am not that crazy to queue for such stuffs as it is not a matter of life and death
I will buy it straightway from the first available seller - AP set is still fine with me. Most of my phones/tablets ( 80%) are AP and I am never concerned about warranty as I will immediately void it by rooting. So far all my AP sets are good and it is those SME sets that gives me problems but claiming warranty though rooted/flashed was never a issue from Samsung Center
I will never commit myself to any telco plan - gives me more flexibility in choices

No..this time i wait until got suitable acessories first like SP and casing.

Of course gonna get Note2 but not in a hurry. Most probably early next year after everything settledown (queue, rushing, no stock, no acessories and high price by that time will be down a bit)

You would save around 500-600 bucks per year. There's a benefit with Android plan, and that is if you have supplementary lines. You won't get credit sharing with iValue but with Android plan, you are using Value50/80 which can share credit.
