Ya, maybe paint etc material can reduce some cost as well. But hardly achieve since we are not really knowing each other haha.

For those owner who wanted to rent out as "fully furnish" can try to group together. any smart guy can group in 10s or 20s to make the price lower. winwin situation. any takers. vp notification means mid april can starts to do the inspection and repairs. definitely block "c" have to be isolated. |
