i think can start look to buy for electronics & renovation stuffs before GST...6% charge is quite alot for big amount

better view lo , but extreme high like top few floors, less people wanna buy, because quite hot and maybe better water pressure , imagine the pipe run from top floor to bottom later water come out left little bit because middle there alot of people used already

I thought higher is lower pressure.

normally first few floors on top are run by pumps. The rest of floors below are usimg gravity flow controlled by PRV.
