Went to the Cyberjaya resortview hotel for the fair last time, other developer didn't have any leng lui SA also....maybe leng lui SA never got assign to Cyberjaya project? LOL

No need to rush.
Lets see who are the international quality tenants in that mall.
Any ideas how big is that mall or similar to any other malls within Klang valley? A size of Pavillion?

No offense, running F&B business without alcohol is a bit susah la.
Best still to come to Cyberjaya skypark, Pangaea, SEG mall, CBD perdana 3 etc..... biggrin.gif

1). Pricing / location / concept / land size > -ve.
2). Large BU - +ve.

Note - Large BU is not the only 'wow' factor.

before end of this year the construction will start.
all phase 1 islands, liu li garden, lepironia garden and direct access into lingkaran putrajaya will be completed before Oct 2015.

Semi D Rm 1.9 - Rm 2.2mil, which is a better buy compare SH n SR? Both land size n BU are similar. Or SR BU is bigger because of 3 storey?

I think SH is a lot higher end than SR.
SH gives you luxury resort feel with plenty of green whereas SR is more like a conventional GnG project.
Of course maintenance fee is a big diff too la.
For expat - still think they will prefer SH (resort feel) or SEG (waterfront) since both developments come with plenty natural green n waterfront concepts.
Hahaha... I might be bias cause I hantam SEG kau-kau smile.gif
Still 2 more years to go for SEG. Sien ~ smile.gif

one of my bros who was anti cyber last year starts to show interest on cyber's development lately. ask me to show him around and impressed by the overall development. expect the momentum to speed up once D'Pulse n promenade 8 are on business!!!
buy now while the price is still affordable!

buy only landed median price n borrow money from Aus bank in Singapore.
rental yield is abt 4-5% but interest rate is 2.75% with 70% LTV.
I am searching too. plan to buy 3 more when crisis hit to cheery pick the best. LOL.

Investment in Aus is mainly for long term.
30% taxed for non-Aus tax resident. If flip - not worth it.
