I love Malaysia too, except the corrupted politicians who finding all ways to seperate the races for their pocket $$$.
QUOTE(Marine Boy @ Sep 14 2013, 08:46 AM) Not all Gen Y's can afford a home due to properties escalating prices. Perhaps hand down from their parents. Bandar Kinrara is a hilly region near to Bukit Jalil, even overlooking KLCC. The location makes it a live able region in greater KL, as not many are on sales in the classifieds. A short drive to Mid valley & enjoying the luxurious of Gardens. If I feel lazy to drive KL, a even shorter drive to Bukit Jalil LRT station can take me to KL. Riding on LRT is kinda of good feel, when you can see the city on higher elevation. With more newer LRT stations up....the connectivity will be superb. KL is more impressive than Singapore, as KL is a garden city with more greens. The malls are more larger & spacious. KL is one of the top shopping paradise in the world. Singapore is congested & small, even copying other cities but yet failed. To visit Taipei zoo is only RM7 , whereas going to Singapore zoo is a bomb. KLCC emulated Central Park of NY & I could say its a mini Central Park but yet acceptable. With much improved MRT, LRT & monorail KL will move up the ranks. Hence, I love living on the hills... Any others insider news / factors why cyber will be coming up???
QUOTE(STEVENKK @ Sep 16 2013, 06:31 AM) I attended a property talk yesterday, the speaker strongly recomemded Cyberjaya and he said one of the main factors for a new township to be successful is to have a Chinese primary school. This post has been edited by Soros007: Sep 16 2013, 07:26 AM |

Cyber needs more population to keep the commercials 'ONG'.
If not enough population, the malls will be difficult to survive ma. Got another update from friends - Shaftbury Square will be opening a high class PUB on top of Kiraku. Both Kiraku, this pub and another restaurant in SS all belong to the same developer. Heard that also the renovation fee of Kiraku costs about Rm 500K+ and managed to be covered back within 10 months! Really good business ya this SS! Congratulations to those bros who bought SS commercial units 3 years ago. QUOTE(STEVENKK @ Sep 16 2013, 07:32 AM) |

That's a super high density condo with ridiculous price. Of course I hope the response will be great however the 2000+ units upon completion is really crazy! Any bros going to MCT office at USJ 22/23 can take some photos on the take up rate pls? Wonder what are the 'wow' factors to attract ppl buying this project. Sorry bro I didn't ask about the details but business in kiraku is really good especially weekdays. Food is also not cheap and it's about Rm 30~ per lunch set.
Rm 50K per month or Rm 2K per day, I think it's possible. QUOTE(CMW123 @ Sep 16 2013, 08:06 AM) |

Aiya bro, if agree then buy Lo. If Dont agree, don't buy Lo.
It's an interesting part of investment ma. If everyone agrees on the same thing, no fun to discuss in the forum Lo. Lol. Kaki gong kaki song - maybe you are right also ma. In fact my bro who bearish abt cyberjaya last year has shown his interest lately. Not thinking to buy house, but a parcel of land at dengkil due to cyberjaya's factor n this Xiamen Uni. U bought some units here also bro?
I remember someone in LYn mentioned that HP is expanding, so as IBM in cyberjaya. More job opp, more educational institutions, more populations = more "Ong" and lively! QUOTE(johngalt @ Sep 16 2013, 10:50 AM) I'm bullish about Cyberjaya - booming population with increasingly more educational institutions are setting up shop there, and MNCs look like they are staying put for the long term. Fringe areas outside KL like south Puchong is also growing rapidly, and this means that the catchment area for Cyberjaya is increasingly getting bigger. |
