Btw, landed in cyber is really value for money la. If the similar type projects launching in mature areas, easily 30% higher or even more! Buy landed in cyber now while its still affordable! For the upcoming township in Klang valley, I dare to challenge no other starring township like cyber in next 10 years (of course many will disagree). Note - I think once IOI Resort City Mall (similar or larger size like mid valley) is completed, IOI group will build another township surrounding the mall! I know IOI group and Sime Darby own a big land bank in dengkil. They won't develop it until cyberjaya is coming up. If we worry abt cyber, I think the existing big developers like MCT lakefront, SPS, UEM, OSK lagi scare! So many of their units yet to be launched. The followings are my observation in my last visit to Cyber:-
1). Harvey Norman big warehouse / commercials will be in Selangor Science Park 2 (written on SSP2 panel).
2). Houston Grills restaurant - good quality food with reasonable price.
3). Sejati Residences - Super LV - all sold out except the corner units with bigger parcel of land. Their show unit (semi-D and bungalow) are nice but club house is kind of too small.
4). SEG - Semi-D phase (lepironia garden) structural frame works ongoing. LV units - piling still ongoing.
5). Massive big land clearing opp of SR - dun know what they are building especially it's commercial title.
6). Traffic is more and notice some luxury cars there.
7). Pangaea - Ground works completed and now is level 2 i think.
Rushing to Penang for holidays, thus didnt spend much time there but overall cyberjaya is moving on the right track and 3 years down the road start to see as a more vibrant city.
