I remember I have told you guys months ago not to keep Rm right?
Since I am holding foreign currency, I will just stand aside to see how's the real estate doing in Aus / SGP and Malaysia.
If the currencies weaken as 97-98, oh man plenty of good deal can be cherry picked especially those has no holding power (sorry)!
I am thinking to buy either Aus prop (landed house), or commercial shoplot or a small parcel of lands in Malaysia when opp arise.
Now better just keep cash and do nothing but KPKB in LYN biggrin.gif

Note - 1 USD = Rm 3.28 liau...indirectly got pay rise.

Spot market for median price now is Rm 3.288.

Malaysia is a good place to live, but she deserves to be better like Singapore / Australia / US / Uk etc!
If compares to India (and still think we are doing alright), might as well compare to Pakistan / Sri Lanka / afghanistan etc.

a). D'pulze - shopping 2014.
b). CBD Perdana 3 - shopping 2015.
c). IOI resort city - 2014/15.
d). Promenade @ 8 - 2014.
e). SRJK C - 2015/16.
f). Premium outlet at Sepang - 2015
