Normally developer waive S&P right? Probably just need to pay a bit for administration fee. And some developer also absorb Loan Legal Fees and MOT too. How bout this project what is the package that being offered?

Any ideas who are the tenants in this mall? Any good international brands anchored there? Many cinemas? Size like a Pavillion KL? Can help to post some photos to share pls??? TQVM. The area might not be that big. The location definitely exclusive enough in Putrajaya. I think the first intergrated commercial to be build within the core-island near the lake...

Mostly malays coz petronas staffs get better discount. Location is prime imho. Thats y got foreigners also buying, maybe foreigners with petronas gua.. |
