Normally developer waive S&P right? Probably just need to pay a bit for administration fee. And some developer also absorb Loan Legal Fees and MOT too. How bout this project what is the package that being offered? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Yes bro Soros007. It's completed. But tenants haven't moved in yet.

Any good international brands anchored there?
Many cinemas? Size like a Pavillion KL?

The area might not be that big. The location definitely exclusive enough in Putrajaya. I think the first intergrated commercial to be build within the core-island near the lake...

Mostly malays coz petronas staffs get better discount. Location is prime imho. Thats y got foreigners also buying, maybe foreigners with petronas gua..

That 'asing' is just probably 2 or 3 guys as they bought several units.
Heard that they open shop at Ayer@8 (name sux monkey balls....prefer Promenad@8 1000x better) so they need accommodation for their staffs.
