If those prop are good - why there are still leftover and waiting for overseas buyer?
As usual, i only buy landed residential or commercials. Apartment / condo - no thank you. Student accommodation lease etc - no no no. I am more into capital appreciation than rental thus student accom is not my cup of tea. QUOTE(noblebaby @ Aug 29 2013, 10:18 AM) This post has been edited by Soros007: Aug 29 2013, 10:47 AM |

Wrong info - Houston grill is still in business except some changes in menu of food. Some previously served high end fine dining food are no longer available (not good response for this kind of food). Coffee, wine tasting etc still no change.
Note - will be very surprise if fine dining is doing well in cyber at this stage. Not many locals will travel all the way to cyberjaya for fine dining. However, the high end restaurant like this set up in cyber is giving ppl more confidents for the future development! QUOTE(noblebaby @ Sep 1 2013, 08:23 PM) |

When is the latest update the mall will be opened for business???
I passed by IOI resort city mall last weekend - saw that they start putting on steel frame on the main entrance. Construction progress is satisfied and i think opening at 2014 year end is on target. Besides, tried it myself from IOI resort city mall to SEG (future interchange) is abt 15 mins 90-100KM.Hr with no jam. QUOTE(noblebaby @ Sep 2 2013, 10:30 AM) |

1). Symphony hill is south of cyber school. 2). Sejati Residence is south of SH. 3). Notice that massive site clearing is ongoing south of Sejati Residence / north of cyberview aforable home - any bros know what project is that? By looking into Cyberjaya master plan (orange color) it is written "Enterprise". Wonder which project is in the pipeline now.... more to come to Cyberjaya!~ HUAT Arh Sibeh-Far-JAYA.
