In the past and till now, there is not much nice residential option available at cyberjaya for those who work in cyberjaya/putrajaya/KLIA/surrounding. I am sure most working professional would prefer to stay in close at puchong and seri kembangan, nilai, etc since traffic flow is smooth and places is happening then. More over, only cyberia and cyberheights and domain plus some pockets unit here and there are available and these places are meant more for students rather than working professional who would prefer quieter and more organised places for home stay. I believe now that such residential options are made available for the next few years, working professional will relook into such option especially that LDP, NKVE, KESAS, federal highway are getting more and more jam packed nowadays for traveeling into/out from cyberjaya/putrajaya etc. If there are say 40-50% buyers are for own stay at cyberjaya, then the places will start be happening once the commercial shops are ready and in operation. I worked at cyberjaya before and stayed at both puchong and cyberjaya before and i prefer cyberjaya for its quiet, more organised surrounding.

The whole puchong is happening with trafic..even with 6 lanes in front of ioi mall area..i've been staying here past 12 yers..hehe..

Currently staying at PJ and the traffic is terrible though happening places but you do not go to hapenings everyday but you need to endure traffic once you step out of your house. People are saying should stay away from HTC, communication tower in residential choices but one should consider staying away from busy highways and roads as well as these are major sources of pollutions as well.

I acknowledged your comments. Forum is for sharing, not for debating. We bought with all these in mind. Yes, the people is 1 important factor. And Yes, we are thinking of moving in.

Upgrade to Cyberjaya, buy now with 3 years DIBS, sell Puchong properties 5 years later. If everything works well, the cash out will be just nice.
