I have been in many properties forum for a year, there are many negative comments about Cyberjaya including u. Non stop debate.

But from what I feel, most good project @ Cyberjaya is selling like hot cake.

Everything is there, but the people. Yes, I believe this batch of buying have quite many for own stay. Once people start to move in, I am quite sure we are not "water fish".

hahaha. dont u think it is weird since i am also vested in cbj? Someone msg me via pm said that to me. why u buy in cyberjaya?! u crazy or what? I just laughed only. I am confident that cbj will prosper. that is almost a sure thing knowing lots in the pipeline. Hopefully if the G changes, they will still prioritize cbj or makes it better

Which chinese temple? Kuan kong? Tua yah pek? Kuan ying? 

I'm buyer for Mirage by the lake last year, as a confident vote for CJ's development. I see no reason to be fear while other developer has invest billion of ringgit into this area, I believe they had do all the home work.

Orang kaya always go to temple. Without temple cannot fatt tatt.
Places got temple always got lot of rich people.
Businesses need temple. Puan sri and Datin visit temple every twice a month.

Just for my knowledge, if pray at home cannot fatt tatt aaa?

cyberjaya is not a good place for own stayed. just my personal view. my gf stayed in cyberia for 2 years. my brother still staying there for close to 2 years d. n i stayed there for a month before that. based on the sample that i observed there is no good feedback from the residents there. u hardly can find any good restaurant there, there is no chinese food, no cheap mamak, all the foods there r either franchise or a nasi lemak that cost u 10 bucks. although there is a mex to link to kl, but for me, i really feels like forever to travel from cyber to town (maybe im not driving a big car). for me, it is overspeculation. try to ask around, how many buyers bought the place for own stay? besides 2 university and some mncs, there is nothing there. if the price is cheaper than other areas for maybe a 30-40%, that it might can works. Sadly, the projects there all priced at super high level and there is no more competitive advantage as compared to others area. location is not superb, price is high, infrastructure is the same with other areas, no LRT/MRT/KTM, and what is left is only a lot homogeneous residential projects that developed by greedy developer at a crazy high price level.

Dont boom me, this is just what i feel n i think i should share with u guys. there are too many good things that u know, is time to look at the negative side. hope that i help. thanks. i bought a studio in taman equine, i think that area also facing same problems that cyber has, just that studio there only sells at 200k.

It will continue to be a hot topic untill finally everyone realizes that its too late to invest there. Yes, uncertain market, but its nearer also to sepang... Hurmmm...

Nothing much in sepang xcept airport and f1 circuit..more like a satellite town for puchong...

yeah, dont forget to invest in puchong too especially southern part (not puchong south). in a few years, surely become fatt tatt

bandar bukit puchong, taman meranti jaya, taman putra prima.

Oh well, currently staying at Taman Meranti Jaya. I would say tat tis area traffic starting to get pack. If The Wharf, D'Island & Aurora Residence all come in sure will become more pack. Plus the Tesco Extra is goin to open soon. Start to scream for the traffic.

But there is still many on goin project. Like furniture street, shopping, hotel & LRT...
