I have been reading but not posting. Just to intro I bought SEG semiD during balloting. Intention to stay but is now look see look see for further developments. Got 3 years to decide.

Doing own biz in KL. Am a fan of well planned development. Am staying in Alam Damai and it is turning out to be a nice place to stay with a big park just below my house. SEG has all the ingredient of that. Hopefully the lake will not be brown in colour like what i see in Setia Eco Park. The CBJ lake next door is quite clear. CBJ is well connected in terms of highways and cos I am on my own, no need to get stuck during rush hour.

However, CBJ is quite quiet now in terms of convenience. That is something that I will be monitoring. Am waiting for Dpulze to start the buzz in CBJ. So at this moment we are still 50/50 on moving to CBJ.

On the collapse of the flyover I believe it will bring about more stringent checks by the developers to assure future buyers of their projects.

Do you know whether they do contra flow in the morning at MEX?

After next GE, don't use that name anymore. May be charged with an explosion case.

Cyberjaya is important to the government, I believe to both side of the divide. With more economic activities, the crowd will come in. Infra is already fantastic and getting better with all these rumors of MRT/KL Spore. I am very pleased with my investment in SEG.

If SEG floods, the whole place I believe will be underwater, island or main land. I see the whole development is quite flat. Hopefully the irrigation is done well. But why talk about flood? Any previous experience? My only concern is whether the water will be like teh tarik or it will be clear water. Based on the lake next door, good chance that it will be clear.

Hopefully I will be a rich water fish in 5 years through SEG!

Cyberjaya is really happening. Even ular sawa is checking out the place. Hopefully not to many
