I dun like the location of GR... and dun hav good feeling during my visit there...

haha. well i feel the opposite on this.. in fact when i went to SH 18 months ago, i look at the interior design of the schubert, mozart and all. I think the design was really really weird..it's so weird to see the show unit having a window railing inside the house...on top of that my frens and I din have the good vibe about that place and it feels gloomy 'un-lively' ambience..comparing this to GR, GR feels much lively and all in the surroundings..being a worker in CBJ the last 3 years, we have done our research and observation, that GR is still the most strategic residential development in CBJ - easy access to the major highways and Prime Minister office/residential in Putrajaya. for own stay, i would advise to get GR than any other residential in CBJ due to its most strategic location. the rest of other residential in CBJ ( SEG, Sejati, SH ) may not hav the this ease of road accessibility compare to GR. These 3 residential sites have deep location at the inner part of CBJ which need to drive these many traffic lights with 2 lanes on the way in..quite a hasle if u r driving in and out everyday... Furthermore these 3 developments SEG, Sejati and SH have a higher density residential population around it in the future..not to mention also the many more commercial places, MMU University and another Islamic University VERY nearby in the future....paying so much for a residential that is so nearby to MMU is really a wrong move..

SEG will has direct link/flyover to lingkarang putrajaya which will make it easier to access MEX and Elite highway than any other development. No?

I visited all landed developments. If ones looking for green and close to Nature, GR will be the best. The best is GR have the 50 acres of forest reserve at the back and MS is spending huge sum to make a jungle track for public.

couldn't agree more on this. GR is still the best landed development in CBJ due to its location

Today went to summer glades.the SA told me the best price of the remaining unit from developer is 1.23.environment not bad too.workmanship of the house is pretty good thumbup.gif The remaining unit is due to loan was rejected

In term of the location:
1. Near to Cyberjaya CBD - Main activities and commercial will be surrounding this area. Yet, it will be not affected by the commercial buidling etc in future.
2. Near to the access of MEX - Main access road to KL
3. Near to Putrajaya lake - One of the best view in Putrajaya/Cyberjaya with scenic bridge. Not to say the fantastic spacious feeling along the lake which thanks to the huge putrajaya lake. You don't get this easily in Malaysia.

Of course, the problem for SG and Mirage is the ERL track at the back.

To be honest, if our ex-PM and LKW etc having a plot of land/prop there, you know it is for sure the best location of cyberjaya. You don;t even need to analyse anything tongue.gif.

Like i said earlier it is "purely" based on "location" in cyberjaya. We are not talking about the best development which is sometimes can be debatable due to personal preference.

Some may not like to pay high maintenance for facilities etc. Basic gated and guarded is the choice of mass market now. Having said that, SG has the natural wetland there for residents, i understand ppls may not like the color of the wetland (so called lake for generalist) and feel that it is too "natural" as Suntrack didn't really "beautify" it but to leave it as natural as possible. For me, i quite like it. Again, i am not here to pick the best development. I personally will not pick SG as the best for my ownstay purpose as i like more sophisticated G&G tongue.gif and bigger scale development to get the uniqueness of the development and has Ommmp factor. SG is too small to achieve that but it is still a good project my 2 cents.
