get iphone, it will grow longer every year,longer = better angle
for me, canon and nikon the same la, most important is how you get the best out of your gear la, people use phone camera also can get better picture than people who use dslr like me

long time never do panning shoots and noticed a lot of blur picture
need to train my hand to be more stable
