Field Engineer under Marine. I didnt apply for it but they sddly email me and request for my latest cv lol..
dont really know about the job scope also haha.

anyone knows roughly the salary for this post?
im considered as fresh graduate, been working for just few months lol (not o&g)

Hello every buddy good morning,

for those who working in OnG field,
is it true that most of the OnG company in Malaysia are expanding ?
i heard from my friends who work in OnG field, like most of their company are expanding, like technip, exxon etc

why is this phenomena happening ar ? economic turn better ? so more operator invest on E&P ? hence more project ??

yes they are, but nowadays so hard to get into OnG field, u need somebody to put you in, this is because so many people are applying for OnG. for example, if you go to KLCC or nearby during lunch hour, i can say 80% of people who is having lunch is an OnG people.

Yup, normally they involve in a TLO project as a survey team and the survey job under TLO project like post-lay, pre-lay, site survey etc.

can anybody tell me the news reliability of Lundin oil discovery in Pahang?

Why was it announced from Najib instead of Lundin? And why didn't Lundin announce it yet?

Hope someone can clarify this for me. Thanks smile.gif

cos no matter who discover it ,the oil reserve belong to M'sia /Petronas.
Hence Najib , the PM announce it to the public???

hi..Im currently just work as mechanical engineer (Design engineer) in engineering department of EPCC MISI SETIA OnG, and it so damn bored maa..wanna do field works, any suggestion? My passion actually is in drilling n offshore, but so hard to get maa!! any vacant??
