glad to hear that bro. i asked my sis in law to wait a month more but she refused. she only managed to secure 1K rent with basic lighting, 2 heaters, build in kitchen and fully grilled.

How much they offer you?

Rm1100, with basic. but im still not in hurry.

market picking up good here. Agents keep saying deeper inside newly handed with overpriced tag having market issue.

but not my problem anyway

Same as peri, lots of agent call to offer. Basic light, fan, grill, heater, kitchen cab Rm 1.2

say rented RM1000 on May'16 (already got 2 months rental ahead so yearly average still RM1000, upon 1 year got the option to increse)

now rental RM1100 on July'16 (average for rented 10months - RM916.67)

in short, rent or hold or sell..is all up to owner.

hi guys, tumpang tanya some question about service apartment since silk also in same property type. Do anyone know how much will be your property quit rent and assessment rate?
Im been doing some research myself and found that the rate can range from rm20,000 - rm35,000 per year!

Friend you are correct the Cukai Pintu or Assessment is very expensive as this Service Apartment is assessed based on Commercial Title. In the past this guy, Peri .. try to misrepresent this fact but fail miserably. You are smart as it is better to invest in Residential Unit.

Wow , if assessment is RM2,000 pa it will amount to about 2 months rental which has to be paid by the OWNERS. Hope the owners aware of this.
