I only managed to rent out at RM950 with basic fans (2), lights, water heaters (2) and grill. Rent it out first la. No eye see.

If desperate can rent out at lower rate short term (6 month - 1 year) If not hold a bit till the place get HOT then rent it out higher Almost all new projects are like that unless you at a very mature area la |
