hi to all brother here.. just want to confirm one thing with you all. I heard weekend is not allow to do renovation (drilling etc), is that true? planning to move in soon, but only free during weekend to install lighting etc.. but need drilling..

If every weekend your neighbors do reno you ok?

Ini sibeh basic rules for condo/apartment. Even most contractor sudah tau Ini macam rules. No heavy Reno work during weekend. Some only allow Saturday half day Reno.

If just minor work, not renovation, like installing lighting and fan, this one need drilling, also cant do during weekend?

even moving your stuff during saturday also need to be done by 1pm. better pass ur keys to ur contractor and ask them to come install it during weekdays?

i am doing the installation myself....save budget.. if like this... no choice...have to take cuti to do all this work at weekday

SR just like other newly completed projects is facing weak demand. Just too many units available in the market. It is buyers/tenants market. It will take some time for the situation to improve. It maybe a good idea to rent out at lower price than to leave it empty. How long can you hold out as you need to pay your bank monthly instalment, outgoings like Assessment (based on Commercial Title), sinking funds, Quit Rent, Utility bills (minimum charges) etc.

every where is the same unless you having prime location props. Investor dont look at short term, we look at long term. If everything so calculative like you, you wont buying any car. Life is simple.
