Added on October 10, 2012, 10:46 amAP = Advertising Permit. A regulation set by housing ministry for residential props which requires HDA to govern the developer during execution. No AP, No booking collection allowed.

5 years MRTA - one lump sum around rm 1200 only

8 years MRTA - one lump sum around 2000++

u must include the MRTA to ur loan then the bank will only offer u better rate

With the 1% extra rebate for 30 years loan tenure, SUPER WORTH to include it.

If like u having a insurance safe guard u for the next 5 or 8 years


Last time before year 2010, banks insists u to take Full tenure MRTA or MLTA for better rate.
