However, they say can submit those document now.

The Mortgage called me. Apparently the borang BE is a must according to the banker. So i just sent her my soft copy of it. Up to you guys whether u want to submit or not la. But in the end, i also submitted mine to her.

Btw, out of topic a bit. Recently bank really so strict or i just outdated already? Received another email from another banker for my another property. These are the documents they required.
1) 6 month latest payslip
2) 6 month latest bank statement
3) latest tax receipt (2012)
4) latest epf statement (2012)
5) photocopy of ic (both sides)
6) name card (if any)
7) latest confirmation of employment (if any)
8) latest 6 months commission statement (if any)

Even more than what is required by SILK mortgage agent! Swt ...

What is company statement? You mean you are self employed? But this is something new to me la, they required so many documents. LoL ... I am so outdated already.

I work in a Sdn. Bhd., my boss given me a miserable 1% share which can be ignore totally. Dont know how they find out that I'm a "share holder" and insist me to submit the latest 6 mths company bank statement which I cannot touch totally.

Everyone received the receipt from the lawyer?
I still have not received mine but the SA confirmed that the lawyer has sent it out. Anyway, i have submitted my documents and the mortgage agent called me on Monday. Hope everything smooth sailing

the SA says the booking receipt should be given since last week, i ask them to check but until today no reply.

Sigh ... so fishy one ... will we get conned or not one? But based on what have been told earlier was within 6 months when we paid the deposit. So i just give them more time for that.
But do you have any advice on what we should take note from now onwards?

im giving the SA deadline until this mid of OCT as promised. If no reply from them, i will invade the lawyer and developer office for the reason they wanna deposit my cheque so early since AP still cant secured.
