the SA always replied the same thing to me. Their bankers. but when i ask for who is the panel bankers or end financier for this project, they always said their bankers. Then i ask developer side leh? they replied developer also got their own bankers. WTF, one project can have so many bankers kah? end financier no quota to all kah? Sometime i feel like they are not pro.

hahaa ... relax bro ... it's not that they not pro, it's just that u r more pro than them only chill bro.

Personally using OCBC now and have good experience with them especially their customer service. Then like their so called semi flexi account where i can do capital repayment and no other charges till i want to withdraw them. And finally is because my salary is direct deposit to my OCBC bank. So easier for me to do all the transactions. I think in terms of bank selections, it's open for individual preference. For me, the customer service is really important. I don have patient talking to stupid ppl.

Btw, i got all my documents ready now, plan to go tomorrow may be before 6pm ... see if i can go home earlier.

Since the SA already called me and wanted to collect documents to apply for loan, I think we all just prepare our documents first and straight away head to their office and submit it? Probably they can't be calling every one of us? But i not sure la, i am going today and i will probably update u guys here tomorrow.

They are building 18 units shop lot.

I don't know if this fully sold. But the developer is just next to juta mine balakong condo.

For your info. This developer is cash rich type and don;t expect they will offer discount.

My employer supply some building materials to this project main contractor.

Btw, just submitted my docs to the SA yesterday. Now they only have MBB and HLB. Will wait for UOA as well but that would be probably after 2 - 3 weeks.
