Talak DIBS bro ... but 13% rebate, free MOT, free 8 airconds, free 1 year maintenance fees and getting key next year. Actually also beyond my financial capabilities, i just go kepoh and the SA is good and friendly. - Borang BE (really need that?)
- Tax receipt (Apa tu?)
- Latest EPF Statement (Standard)
- EA Form (standards)

Seems like they required really really a lot of documents ... LOL

mine is anytime already once i have compiled my documents. But i am a bit hesitant to submit my income tax details. I will just give them my 3 months pay slip, 3 months bank transaction. Latest EPF statement, EA form and worse case if they really want, i will give them my income tax acknowledgement letter. Just to prove how much tax i have paid Coz if print my entire BE form out and submit, I think that's a bit too much for the bank to ask for that. Only income tax officer will require that when they want to do audit

I think salary slips and EA form is enough....but i guess that depends on banks though....
Not received any calls from my SA too....i guess the later the better but hope that we are given enough time to get our loans approved...else have to take leave to rush here and there.

why do u need to rush here and there leh? Are you planning to use ur own bank/agent? Coz they just asked me to submit my documents to them and they will settle for us since i am using their bank agent. I also will just submit what i think is enough, if bank reject then let it be. It just simply means i am poor and not qualified for the house. HAHA!

not mistaken, currently on hand is maybank and HLB. coming one is UOB

but i can say maybank and HLB not recon. UOB worth to try

Noted. if got OCBC then i will go for that. But HLB got ar, i heard my SIL cakap macam takde. So, if i submitted all my documents, they will help me to check with all their panel? Only then i decide which bank to go?
