2nd 10% (by u) + 5% (by loan) after the developer had completed the RC structure works for ur unit (estimate around January 2014 if ur unit is at middle floor)

Bear in mind, there are 2 SPA here, one is for building and one is for car park podium, hence some payment for car park will be earlier

If ur SPA joint name list got 1st timer buying a house, can try use his name to apply 50% stamp duty waiver.

if the developer had offers u 10% rebate for SPA price, then no need. U will get a 10% credit note off from the "10% upon signing of SPA" once u had signed the SPA
