A question to ask. My SPA is prepared by Hoh Hee Lee & Co and they are asking me to sign it by this weekend. When i asked them for the charges, they asked me back what charges? When i asked no need to pay lawyer fee for loan? They asked me back is my loan wanted to give them to do? anyone here can advise? BTW. the booking fee (RM5K) paid to the lawyer before, how can i claim back if i am not using them?

Wat we pay now is loan agreement. .. so see ur bank got loan it in or not. And the 5k are not refund due to the sa said it prepared for future electric. Water..... deposit. And balance for maintenance.

For my case same as you, previously HHL also got ask me who do the loan agreement.
Previously I receive the letter from developer that they assign me to 'Hoh Hee Lee' @ HHL , so I check with my banker see OK or not if my loan kasi HHL do then they say OK since dev assign to them.

Then I confirm back to HHL they can do my loan agreement before this..and then today I meet them to sign S&P + Loan agreement, less hassle same lawyer I guess

So now wait another 2 weeks for them to process all the necessarily and prepare my $$ to pay them for like 4k++
