but why the SA keep telling no worry coz sure side by side? I had asked the lawyer to check for me, they dont even know, maybe i need to wait until the day i sign the SPA then only know is side by side or back to back or the worst TANDEM type!

All allocated car park are back to back, 1/3 people will get back to back but can exit side by side, 2/3 people like me (unlucky one) back to back need to reverse 1st car, then 2nd car only can come out.

actually anyone got the details for this project? officially visual layout, floor plan, master plan..etc ??
