now ,  market price +/- 230k

Target rent is about RM900 for first year ( complete with nearby  flat at Rm600 only) , Rm1100 next year and slowly up.

If  can get rent = RM1400, will keep la.

If cannot get good rent. Target sell when Silk Condo VP.

But wanted to sell when reaching 260K. maybe not possible la

Update, I saw silk residence appeared on the ehom.kpkt.gov.my.

Silk residence, LOT 32999, Pegangan Bebas, Harga Tinggi Kategori rumah, Pangsapuri Servis, 21 Tingkat, 551 unit , Harga min 369k, Harga max 541k.

So means AP got already rite?

Nobody can ans you, must request the breakdown, and the material using, i think they are using chipboard, chipboard can't stand for long and heavy thing. hob & hood what brand? got few hundred until few thousand a set.

Do we have to pay $$ when collect the key? Heard that we need to pay RM2600 when collect key?
