ok.... what i heard from 9th of November .. all the units have increase at least 10% due to market response. Those loans rejected have to buy with current new price which roughly 350psf.
However , i personally think 350 psf is still consider affordable at current market rate. most likely after 3 years , we are looking ard 450 psf. my 2 cents |

Added on December 5, 2012, 8:40 am but got an old cemetery next to it woh, can suddenly shoot so high now meh? if MRT completed now, maybe can sell at that price now.
In terms of visualisation from bypasser, yes there is a cemetery there. However , i personally think that if u stay higher floors enough, facing swimming pool, BTHO or highway, there is no way u can directly see the cemetery from your balcony. If you tell me , u are staying landed just beside the cemetery, then almost everyone feel creepy. condo should be fine. fyi, glomac residence, oval tower TTDI also beside muslim cemetery, there are selling like hot cakes. correct me if im wrong. and yes if mrt is completed, 450psf is possible. |

QUOTE i don't see beside an old cemetery is an issue at all. at the end, they will protect us to get better rental yield / appreciation .. if u can find a good deal, sure rental is no problem.I have surveyed this area... at the moment, this area is considered medium salary range area. hopefully , this area by 2016 will boom |

i think VW is being aggressive ... we need KIA as well ... hahaa ... I am falling in love with KIA more and more ...
Anyway, is good to have more car showrooms in that area. In my opinion, if foriegn cars willing to come this area and invest thier time to setup a carshowroom or car maintenance plant. This is a good sign firstly, ppl living those area are not living too bad right ? they can afford foreign cars. secondly , it will be definitely convenient for us who own foriegn cars for maintenance purpose. Hence i can forsee this location is good for future development bar that cemetery. as is said, i dun really care about that cemetery since im living in condo... im not buying landed |

QUOTE(cheraspeople @ Dec 28 2012, 10:10 AM) i went to sales office yesterday n being told that Hong Leong bank can give -2.4 which is the best at the moment. However, ms.K put me to PBB so i am gonna ask her to try Hong Leong for me. HL is 80% loan only . if im not mistaken. if you can afford to fork out another 10% for down payment. then should be no prob.how many units left ? and which floor you book yea ?
