That contest was worldwide. And don't think there would be a contest in Malaysia until close to the release date which will be most probably December/January.

I hope Lumia will fix the image retention problem in most AMOLED screens - YES. The problem exists in all Samsung Galaxy's phone as well. Don't believe me? Just go to Samsung Shop or Nokia shop, check out the phone, open an app which display a full white image. Nokia is easier to spot by going into settings and change the background to Light. You definitely can see some dark spots, icons or the arrows. Galaxy Note and Tab is visible but not as contrast as Nokia due to their UI design.

Cant find this on iPhone and iPad though...

The Lumia 920 doesn't use AMOLED screen. Only the 820 does. 920 uses IPS LCD.

That's because apple uses LCD on their newer phones and all of their pads. Not sure about 3GS and older.

I had the EXACT same thought as well...the overall body exterior...

i know - shocking !!! hopefully people will get the cyan and other none black colors. and please - no white color pls!!

IF we have the option to get 810, I'll seriously consider it against 920. 4.3" screen fits me better (though it is a bit thicker than 920).

samsung was not found guilty of copying the exterior designs. they were found guilty of copying software IPs.

No body would think that 810 is a iphone with the stark differences in the OS screen.

i feel it look better than lumia 820 somemore spec wise slightly better than 820...

the specs are slightly better than 820. also 820 looks plasticky. 810 does not. There is also the different of front camera
