Pros:
GPS offline is good, sometimes slow on my end but with assisted gps, this phone works great. The other day my mom tries to pasang her gps on the car while it kept on looking for signal but my phone was able to get the destination and route instantly. Decent camera? Is one of the best camera out there if only you know how to operate a "basic camera" not just snap. Nice design? Yes definitely, not like some phones just plain ripped off another and end up in spending their money on courts. People hub's integration is a godsend stalker ability, I mean I can pull out my phone and check for updates during a gossip, just saying

Cons:
USSD code are old and telco should do something about it unless you're on prepaid, "deal with it". If can't live without USSD codes, don't bother getting any WPs. Rumors about bad battery life? My man, where do you get this article or news from? Must be from last year huh? Nokia already updated their firmware and manage to get triple the battery life. I've posted some updates on the battery life on this forum, someone who managed to keep their battery life (Lumia 800) for 3 days since last charge, hows that for a poor battery life? It's not like all the other smartphones out there will last that long. Camera settings, yes but some apps with camera function performs better reported by some forumer but I can live with the default one. Front facing camera, that, you have to ask yourself if you really need to do video calls.

HURMMM... Say if pureview has been put into coming Lumia phones for the front and back camera, front facing camera will have 5MP  and the revolutionary 18MP back camera because of the case design limitation.

I said "if" lah wey.

for me this is the best phone i have ever seen..but i'm not so sure why the nokia shareholders doesnt think that way..nokia shares plunge to 16%?? why ar??

Because...

1) WP8's complete features are still a mystery.
2) No release date for this phone. So for now is vapourware.
3) Motorola released some interesting Droid phones on the same day.
4) Next week is iPhone 5 announced. And everytime it's announced it's available within 2 weeks.
5) Pureview brand but still only 8MP compared to 808's 41MP.
6) Downgraded the polycarbonate chassis to glossy plastic from matte plastic.
7) Doesn't seem that much better than the Samsung ATIV.
8) They posted fake Pureview trailer to con people.

From the specs given in gsmarena, the 920 supports USB on-the-go. So even though the 920 doesn't have a Micro-SD slot, in theory, you can connect a USB drive to it to copy files in and out.

Which is better? A usb drive or a micro-sd card? For me, handling a micro-sd card is messy because it could easily get lost, so I much prefer using a usb drive.

In a way you are right. I dont expect it to be an 808 just expect half of it. The problem with 920 it has the name of pureview but there nothing to do with its previous successor. Its more like a marketing name thats it. My expectation benefit is for consumers.

It's funny to note that many WP7 or would be WP8 users in here seemingly compare their current or future WP device to Samsung or Apple frequently in their post. Whereas in Apple threads, Apple fans hardly mentions Nokia or WP at all. In that sense, it seems in here, people need to justify why WP is, can and will be better than Android or iOS. Why is that? Because both are considered benchmarks ... that's the sole reason why comparisons are made.

Fake contest, Fake camera ads, Fail presentations, bashing other phone brands to advertise, how is that not a fail marketing?
And how did the word "fail marketing" made you think I'm comparing with iphone?

nillkin hard case..got limited color choice. lucky me since the seller said got yellow color.  you can find it in the mobile phone section of garage sales.

^ as I said, can go and find it in mobile phone section of garage sale. type in nillkin in search box and look for ping23 seller. RM35 inc. SP!. yes it gives good protection on the sides should u drop it (dropped mine just now while installing the SP ).
