Also there was a topic in this q&a where a forumer asked about 2 same features mobo of both brands , which to get and why , many has responded and share their own experience . U can google around or pm one of the forum seller whose name start with "b" and he may answer u about his experience

i5 is enough for gaming. BTW CPU refer to microprocessor. The thing you want is RIG.

his gf use the rig for application development purpose, not gaming btw.

Better correct it now rather following wrong term. Perhaps Xeon E3-1230 V2 processor can be considered.

for app development yet.. thought the i7 would be an overkill.. even myself never had a RM900+ processor before, still a few generations behind with an x4 9550.
