AFAIK,there's none..only H100 with 240mm rad available in malaysia.. unsure.gif
Regarding the OC,i saw some reviews,GD65's OC Genie II can easily OC i7 3770K to 4.2GHz..more than that,it based on how lucky u can stabilize them whistling.gif

They say a press to 4.2 but still need to configure at bios...
Need to set core voltage before doing it...
That's not a press =.=

Hi sifus, I have looked through the many lists and tried to adjust to what I want and my budget:

Intel i5-3570 (RM629)
MSI B75MA-P45 (RM224)
Kingston Value Ram 4GBX2 (RM124)
Leadtek(RM1120)/Palit(RM1299)/MSI OC(RM1299) GTX670
Seagate 750GB HDD (RM199)
Enermax 650W (RM269)
Coolermaster Elite 311 Plus (RM139)
LiteOn DVD Writer (RM60)
Logitech Combo G100 (RM78)

RM2842 ~ RM3025
Prices from the forum and Viewnet

Can the above work together ?
Is the motherboard good enough ? Any downsides ?
Of the GTX670s, are there any major downside to Leadtek over Palit over MSI? From the viewnet pricelist, is MSI GTX670 oc referring to MSI GTX670 Power Edition ?
What is the minimum can I go for the PSU ? Can I go as low as 550W or even 500W ?

Sorry, I have been way outdated with this. I just want something worth my money and not having to worry about it 2-3 years later.

Yup.can consider Corsair CX500W for RM195.
Regarding the GPU,pick the cheapest..there's nothing to worry on Leadtek's IMO.. wink.gif

Guys, if I were to change the stock fan of CM 612s and replace it with two 3rd party fans, which brand is most recommended?

Will there be noticeable improvement?
Or should I just sell off the CM 612s and get CM v6gt or ANTEC KUHLER H₂O 620 HYDRO CPU COOLER?

Thanks smile.gif

I plan to play game like bf3, mass effect, call of duty, company of heroes 2. It has been a while i didnt open my desktop probably around 1 year. So i have no idea if the current specs can support those games especially their sequels. I have no monitor as well but i heard dell 22-23 inch ips panel are goods. How much do they cost?

IMO, V6GT ain't worth yo.. your 612S should perform well if team up with good fans such as Scythe Gentle Typhoon.

all-in-one cpu water cooler is a bit pricey compared with same performance air coolers, but it is good if you don't like a big metal bulge on your motherboard..

noticeable improvement? well, hard to say regarding this.. it really depends on your setup and your expectations.

I concur. IF can top up to rm3k = a new system with GTX670 = more future proof.

Maybe he should try selling his rig now....
And save up RM500 with his old rig RM500
3k will be better than going on a budget...
Even he get a decend gpu, his cpu will bottle neck
So why not just chg the whole thing

ahh..ic, so v6gt is only win in terms of aesthetic only? Thought that dual fans would actually means it's better sweat.gif

Actually I don't mind of big metal tower stood inside my rig, in fact I feel much more orgasm and macho by that rclxm9.gif
But wouldn't deny that liquid cooler actually make our rig looks much clean and professional, dilemma sweat.gif

Got it, it's also more viable choice since I've got the 612s already, so better don't waste icon_rolleyes.gif

There are several build on the first page of the thread. with that budget, you can get a nice rig with a GTX670 that can handle most new games easily. Even better if you can increase budget to rm3k.

I agree with this. Top up abit more and get GTX670, more future proof and better performance. As BF3 is a GPU intensive game.

Hi sifus, its me again tongue.gif

I'm still exploring my build. Hope you can bear with me and offer some advice

Intel i5-3570
???
Value Ram 4GBX2
GTX670
Seagate 750GB HDD
700W
Casing
DVD Writer

My plan now is to get a mobo that is sli-compatible even though I'm just going to get one gtx670 for now. Maybe in the future I can get another gtx670 if future games get more and more gpu hungry.
And what is the lowest PSU I need to get if in the future I'm going to do sli ?
And what about casing ? Still can use CM Elite 311 or the likes ?
No plans on OC-ing though.

Is it possible to get a rig like that for ~RM3000 ? Lets say don't need monitor and keyboard/mouse.
